Data enhancement services

 

QGate's data enhancement services will help you derive more value from one of your company's most valuable assets, it's data. By updating and enhancing your address data and identifying and removing duplicates, you can eliminate waste and inefficiency.

QGate's data enhancement services consist of two offerings:

  • Address enhancement*: validate your address data against the postal address file (PAF), as well as correcting and updating address records.
  • Data deduplication**: identify and deduplicate data in SalesLogix and Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 CRM systems.

QGate's data enhancement services are an ideal supplement to their system migration services. Once you've migrated your data into your current system, you can then conduct these enhancement services to ensure the highest and most valuable level of data quality.

The address enhancement service is priced according to a simple matrix based on the number of users you have. Please contact QGate for more information.

* The address enhancement service is carried out against UK addresses only. If you have a requirement to enhance international addresses, please contact QGate. ** The data deduplication service is carried out against Roman character sets only.
