QGate wins Sage's Most Innovative Deployment of a CRM Solution Award

QGate is proud to announce that their Online Brokerage Sage SalesLogix CRM solution at Avenir Marketing Ltd has won them this prestigious award - Sage's Most Innovative Deployment of a CRM Solution.

Avenir's business problem lay in the fact that no two deals were the same - there was no standard fee structure, terms or pricing so a simple price book model could not be used. Avenir understood that whilst all of the core CRM functionality would be required a huge amount of customisation, to suit their workflow, in the solution would be crucial. Having reviewed 6-7 different solutions, none of them came close "out of the box" to the solution that they required. Therefore the most important element was the ability to work with a trusted platform that allowed development and customisation and with a partner able to deliver the specific requirements.

QGate customised the contract element of the solution, so that Avenir could input the precise value of the deal, combined with their fee structure to calculate the commission due. This then needed to be verified by the Finance team before being counted as a true closed deal and then raising the invoice from Sage.

Sage SalesLogix allowed QGate to create the customisation needed - creating the alerts for Finance to then verify the figures, and only when this was verified did this generate a "sale" and an invoice.

The implementation of this solution enables Avenir to reduce to practically zero the number of incorrect invoices and allows them to have faith that they could pay consultant commissions based upon the contract value within the system. This gave management 100% certainty that the closed deal values were genuine.
