intelli-CTi adopted for Sage global CRM

 

Sage has adopted QGate's intelli-CTi software for telephony integration for its new version of Sage CRM, the web-based CRM platform used all over the world. This follows work by both Sage and QGate to take advantage of the ease with which intelli-CTi can be integrated with third party applications. This work has enhanced the function and reach of Sage's CRM portfolio. QGate themselves have just released a reengineered version 2 of intelli-CTi to improve switch coverage and scalability.

This is a significant endorsement of QGate's investment in intelli-CTi over five years of development and has been marked by Sage naming the Fareham-based company their Developer of the Year for 2006.

It also further strengthens QGate's relationship with Sage. QGate is already a certified support centre, business and technology partner of Sage's. The Newcastle company is the only FTSE 100-listed software business.

QGate continues to invest in intelli-CTi to improve the extent of its integration with the Sage CRM portfolio and to improve customers' user experience. In addition, capturing call data can extend the value derived from business analysis tools like QlikView.
