intelli-CTi for SalesLogix v3 is available from 4th February 2008 and extends the capabilities of your telephone system by delivering highly sophisticated integration with Sage SalesLogix v6.2.3 and above. Completely reengineered in active script and with new call manager functions delivered as a main view in SalesLogix, intelli-CTi for SalesLogix v3.0 significantly extends the reach and value of your SalesLogix system.
intelli-CTi for SalesLogix v3.0 delivers tangible productivity enhancements and has been deployed for thousands of users worldwide. Faster, error-free dialling and caller identification shaves vital seconds off every call, meaning hours across the whole infrastructure and reductions in your business overheads. intelli-CTi for SalesLogix v3.0 also enables a complete view of your telephony activity, including calls active with other SalesLogix users.
You can also capture vital records of your calls and their outcomes without having to make handwritten notes while you're on the phone. These processes can be customised to fit your organisation by using QGate's framework to implement future proof customisations around your CTI taskflows.

You can also deploy intelli-CTi for SalesLogix in Integrated Voice Response (IVR) environments. This is another example of how intelli-CTi is phone system agnostic so you can extend the reach and value of your CRM system regardless of the phone system you use. In addition, intellli-CTi for SalesLogix provides an on-screen call handling application (SoftPhone), for the management of calls. The SoftPhone, with it's 'always on top' display option, appears next to SalesLogix and, with it's unique One-Touch Telephony feature, gives users full control of the call. If your phone system already uses a proprietary softphone with other enhanced features, intelli-CTi can use that instead.
