intelli-CTi v2 is now available

 

intelli-CTi v2 is now available. This latest version of QGate's middleware for computer telephony integration is the culmination of more than a year's work to redevelop the product.

intelli-CTi v2 marks the first stage in a significant redevelopment program that includes a new version of QGate's intelli-CTi for SalesLogix integration later in the year. With intelli-CTi having already been adopted by Sage as the CTI enabler for Sage CRM, QGate is strenghtening the CTI proposition for Sage CRM and SalesLogix customers.

intelli-CTi v2 features enhanced out of the box switch coverage, with specific and generic drivers for a number of phone systems. In addition, the new version offers enhanced stability and even better integration capabilities for other platforms like ACT!, SAP Business One and Lotus Notes.

This latest version of intelli-CTi, already sold all over the world to more than 1,000 SalesLogix users, represents a continuation of the work QGate did that resulted in them being named Sage Developer of the Year last November.
