FAQsWhat web browsers are supported by the aBILLity Dynamics 365 solutions?

Any browser which is supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365 is also supported by the aBILLity Standard and Sales Order Processing Solutions.

FAQsWhat versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 do the aBILLity Dynamics 365 solutions support?

FAQsCan the aBILLity Dynamics 365 solutions be customised?

Yes, many aspects of the aBILLity Dynamics 365 solutions are customisable. This may be achieved with services from QGate, your Microsoft Dynamics 365 business partner, or your own in-house Dynamics 365 development team(s).
Please note that requirements to synchronise additional data between aBILLity and Dynamics 365 would have to be addressed on a case by case basis.

FAQsHow much longer will previous versions of the aBILLity solutions be supported?

QGate can only offer support for version 4.0.0.0 and above of the aBILLity Standard Solution and version 4.0.0.0 or above of the aBILLity Sales Order Processing Solution.If you have an older version installed and would like to discuss an upgrade, please contact us to discuss your requirements

FAQsIs it possible to install either the aBILLity Standard solution or the aBILLity Sales Order Processing solution, or must both solutions be installed?

It is possible to use the aBILLity Standard Solution on its own but the aBILLity Standard Solution is a prerequisite of the aBILLity Sales Order Processing Solution. FAQsI have an existing integration between Dynamics 365 and aBILLity, can I upgrade to the latest aBILLity Solutions?

This would depend on the versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and aBILLity you are currently using. Please see the aBILLity Dynamics 365 Solutions System Requirements for more information. If you need further information regarding an upgrade, please contact us to discuss your requirements
