You can also deploy intelli-CTi for SalesLogix in Integrated Voice Response (IVR) environments. This is another example of how intelli-CTi is phone system agnostic so you can extend the reach and value of your CRM system regardless of the phone system you use. In addition, intellli-CTi for SalesLogix provides an on-screen call handling application (SoftPhone), for the management of calls.
