Architecture

The Avaya IP Office connects onto the LAN via the RJ45 socket on the front of the PBX. The local IP address and other network settings are set through the Manager software.

Installation Notes

To perform an installation you will need the IP address of the PBX and the system password.

Notes:

  • Calls to groups are not shown correctly. 
  • Handsets do not show as unplugged, (although they work again after being reconnected).
  • Reconnection is not working following a PBX restarted.
