QGate intelli-CTi (telephony integration) Compatibility Guide

The QGate intelli-CTi (telephony integration) Compatibility List below shows those telephone systems that have been tested with intelli-CTi and have been proven to function correctly, either in a test lab scenario or a real-world customer environment.

In this context, "function correctly" means that the telephone system works with intelli-CTi within the limitations imposed by both the telephone system itself and intelli-CTi. Some features of your telephone system might not be supported by intelli-CTi due to limitations in the manufacturer's CTI implementation.

The following systems were proven to function correctly at the time of testing, however they are subject to change depending upon telephone system software and hardware revisions. Before adoption, QGate strongly recommend that a suitable telephony integration trial installation is performed against your particular telephone system to ensure compatibility with your specific environment.

NOTES:

1. The QGate intelli-CTi Compatibility List will be updated as additional telephone systems are tested.
2. Compatibility with a given telephony system always assumes that the latest version of intelli-CTi is being used.

What if my Telephony System is not on the Known Compatibility List?

As a standard, intelli-CTI supports TAPI and TSAPI/CSTA.  If your telephony system is not on the QGate intelli-CTi Compatibility List, please contact QGate and we can assist in testing of intelli-CTi using these industry standard protocols.  As stated previously, these protocols should be considered to be a starting point for successful compatibility and should not be seen as a guarantee that intelli-CTi will support all of its functionality with all phone systems.

If your system does not support the TAPI/TSAPI/CSTA protocols, intelli-CTI may still be able to support the system via a custom driver, please contact us for more information.
