The Paribus for Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugin provides access to the many data management features of Paribus Enterprise in support of your Microsoft Dynamics CRM data. 

 
These include the ability to merge and consolidate duplicate CRM entities such as CRM Account, Contacts and Leads.

 

Paribus Data Merging (CRM Accounts)

 

Once Paribus Enterprise has identified a collection of duplicate CRM entities (e.g. CRM Accounts, Contacts or Leads), the Paribus for Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugin provides the ability to intelligently merge and consolidate each duplicate entity into one complete master entity.

Paribus Data Merge Wizard

 

The Paribus for Dynamics CRM Plugin provides an easy step by step Data Merge Wizard to guide you through the stages and setup of a CRM data merge operation.

Paribus Data Merge Wizard - Match Session Selection

 

Once into the Paribus Data Merge Wizard, the initial step is to select the Paribus Match Session containing the match results you wish to use for the data merge process.

Paribus Data Merge Wizard - Group Processing

 

As part of the data merge process Paribus provides the unique ability to process the group of matched entities to determine the best member of the group to be the master (surviving) CRM entity.

This unique and powerful feature can save customers valuable time reviewing the best matches and ensures customers retain the best of their CRM data.
 
In addition to the standard product rules, additional custom rules can also be developed to best suite your unique CRM implementation.
Examples of Group Processing Rules include:  Most recently created, most recently modified, oldest CRM entity, Account with most Contacts.

Standard with the product are a set of merge rules which best harvest the data from related duplicate entities, to enhance and enrich the ultimate master entity.
 
Furthermore each merge rule contains inteligent CRM business logic to ensure valued data such as “do not solicit” settings are always maintained.
