Can I use Sage SalesLogix without Outlook?

Even if you're not using Microsoft Outlook you can still get all the benefits of using Sage SalesLogix. Working with our trusted partner LinkPoint 360, QGate can enable integration between Sage SalesLogix and Lotus Notes or Novell Groupwise, using their LinkPoint Connect product.

This means you still have the benefit of enhancing your existing email clients and using tools your staff are already familiar with. You can:

  • Log Inbound, outbound email and attachments to Sage SalesLogix activity history
  • Record email messages on the Customer, Contact, Opportunity, Incident level
  • Work in either Lotus Notes "Connected" or "Island" mode and Novell GroupWise "Office", "Cached" or "Remote" mode
  • Increase productivity by reducing the manual process of cutting and pasting email into Sage SalesLogix
  • Synchronise calendar, contact and task activity between Sales SalesLogix and Lotus Notes or Novell GroupWise.
