QGate and Cindercone close first SAP Business One CTI deal

Fareham-based QGate and Cindercone, a leading SAP Business One partner, have formed a strategic partnership to deliver QGate’s global computer telephony integration solution to the SAP Business One community. The partnership’s first deal has just been signed with one of the UK's leading suppliers of materials, components, and machinery to the orthopaedic, physiotherapy and foot care industries. The company, with a turnover of £3.5 million and a staff of 35, is based in Liverpool.

SAP Business One is one of the world’s leading software platforms and this new partnership extends QGate’s reach and exposure. From their south coast headquarters outside Fareham, QGate has formed other strategic alliances in the US, South Africa and Australasia. Partnering with Cindercone opens up even more new channel opportunities for the 23 man business.

Computer telephony integration makes companies more productive. Telephone users can quickly identify calls for specific marketing activities, record the details of in and out bound calls against specific contacts and accounts, and capture data for detailed business analysis. QGate’s CTI solution is fully scalable and can be rolled out in any SAP Business One solution. The ease with which Cindercone was able to develop intelli-CTi is further evidence of the tool’s adaptability.

QGate is already a global CRM developer: intelli-CTi is the recommended CTI tool for Sage’s global CRM solutions. QGate was named Sage Developer of the Year for 2006.
