QGate is 10

QGate is 10. On January 13th 2007 - not a Friday - QGate will celebrate ten years since its founding by Mark Cooper, Director of Product Engineering, and Rowland Dexter, the Managing Director.

The company's staff, their partners and several guests and friends of QGate will gather for a dinner on the day itself and briefly pause to reflect on the efforts of all concerned with bringing world class software and services to bear on a range of organisations in a range of industries.

For most of the last decade QGate has aligned itself most closely with Sage and this year was named Sage's Developer of the Year. QGate is one of only a few Sage partners recognised for both their commercial and technical contributions and is even rarer in its ability to claim genuinely global coverage.

This will be most evident when, to coincide with the 10th birthday celebrations, QGate launches a major new version of its longest running and biggest selling product, PowerEntry for SalesLogix. More than 400 customers and partners will receive an invitation to celebrate both the launch and QGate's own birthday.

QGate has contributed significantly to the south coast economy in the last ten years. Several of its best established customers are based in the region and have themselves been able to grow on the back of the solutions QGate have provided. QGate itself now employs nearly 30 people and is heavily involved in local fund raising through its in house cycling team.

As QGate moves into its 11th year, it continues to enhance its reputation for technical excellence and customer focus. Well known, national companies are being signed up and new marketing approaches will appear in the national press in the new year. They're interesting times at QGate, where Customers Really Matter.
