Welcome to QGate's Support page

This section of the page is for you if you're interested in QGate's range of support services, of if you're a QGate customer in the UK with a current support contract. If you are based in the Americas, please contact QGate Software.

QGate has a great reputation for its technical and after sales services. We have a dedicated Technical Services desk manned 8am till 6pm every weekday. We provide ad hoc fixes for issues as they arise and have direct escalation to Sage, Microsoft and QlikTech. We run a Technical Bulletin service to your designated technical contacts so they're aware of issues which may effect them. We provide free annual system audits for customers with current support contracts and will support any customisation to the solution we've provided you with. QGate's Technical Services for SalesLogix, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and QlikView sets us apart - more than half of our customers contact us in the first place because we've been referred to them. QGate provides a full suite of support and training services which you can extend to include specific pieces of development or systems administration.

QGate Training Services

QGate run a range of cost effective classroom or onsite courses to help you gain more value from your investments in CRM, Business Intelligence or our add ons for data management and telephony integration.
