Annual Support Contract for QlikView
This is suitable for anyone that has a QlikView implementation.
The customer will receive:
- Fixes and updates supplied from QlikView
- First line support from QGate
- Second line support from QlikView
- "Support" = Break-fix / Troubleshooting of errors
Note: Training and Consultancy is excluded
Further Consultancy / Development Services
This is suitable for any QlikView customer that requires additional Consultancy, Development or Training.
These may be ad hoc at no set time but are available from QGate as required and can be provided as a Timebank offering.
