 CRM Consultant

This role is for someone who can qualify and prioritise the Business Requirements of our customers through the understanding of their business processes before translating into business solutions design within Dynamics 365 (CRM).

Role

This is varied role requiring a multi-disciplined set of skills to cover a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Implementation Lifecycle, including

Experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) is not essential as training opportunities will be provided. However, the successful candidate should be educated to degree level, or have good levels of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Project Management or in a related consulting position.

A successful candidate must have good interpersonal skills.  The ability to solve problems using initiative and research, to be able to identify solutions for given needs is a key requirement.  Able to work as an individual or within a team depending on project size and scope.

You will be given the opportunity to achieve industry relevant qualifications, in line with your job role.

Trainee CRM Consultant
