QGate's Approach and Methodology
We do this by:
- Starting simply and evolving the system with you over time
- Helping you to prioritise your requirements
- Simplifying your initial implementation
- Reducing your time to value
As many CRM projects have failed, or at least not been as successful as expected, due to trying to do too much too soon.
As proven by our many successful projects we implement as simple a system as possible in the first or initial phase. Then evolve the system over a number of phases. There are many benefits of this approach, but the three prime benefits are:
- Reduced risk
- Quicker return on investment
- A system more aligned to the organisation's needs
For further information, watch our We Make CRM Work Video series.
QGate’s project implementation methodology is based on Microsoft's Sure Step process. The basis of Sure Step are standard proven project implementation practices, however, what Sure Step adds to this is a common approach from initial pre-sales engagement through to rollout out and ongoing support.
It is a scalable methodology and works well supporting QGate’s approach to both CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) implementations.
The QGate Difference
At QGate we consider the system is the customers', that is, it is owned by YOU.
This may sound a strange statement, but we mean that we recognise that you, the customer, should be enabled by QGate, to undertake as much or as little of the management, development and support of the system as you wish to. You should have the choice. This means we offer you greater control over the cost of ownership of the system.
We also recognise that things may change over time. Therefore we do not restrict in any way your ability to carry out tasks, new projects etc. as you need and have the resource to do so.
We do not apply contractual limitations or restrictions on the work we carry out. You will not be restricted in your ability to retain independence or move to another supplier should you so wish.
We prefer that you continue to work with QGate because of our service quality, not our contracts.
You may call on QGate as much or a little as you need, we will always be happy to help.
How to buy
Implementing a CRM or Business Intelligence software system can require a period of sustained investment. While this should in time yield a substantial return on investment (ROI), you may not wish to pay large amounts of capital. Apart from implementing hosted or subscription systems, QGate work with specialist IT financing organisations, including Microsoft Finance and Syscap, who will help you spread your IT investments in such a way that you can minimise the risk to your business of making significant investments, and protect your cash flow.
QGate has a great reputation for technical and after sales services. Find out more here.
