QGate are an established UK CRM and BI Partner based in Hampshire. For over 20 years we have been delivering best-of-breed CRM and BI solutions, and professional services to businesses primarily in the mid-market.
We are a:
Partner with a passion for delivering the right solution for your business.
Our approach is to deliver early return from your CRM or BI investment. We want the systems to start contributing to your organisation's success as quickly as possible. By starting small and evolving the system over time.
There are many benefits to this approach, including:
Our Day-One solutions are typically simple and prepared to scale. For users, the learning curve is easy to manage and business results are immediate. Giving teams a hands-on experience builds users' confidence, increases their commitment and results in valuable feedback that is incorporated in subsequent releases, keeping the system aligned with the business.
We sit down with you and look into the why, what, how of your business, with this understanding we can then make recommendations on the right solution that will best support your business goals.
We take a very collaborative approach to the understanding and design of the solution, working with team members across the business, supported by senior level sponsorship. This reduces the risk of project failure and increases user adoption. Helping you get a good return on your investment.
We'll discuss the best way to implement your solution. Large “Big-Bang” implementations are high risk and tend not to suit today's fast moving businesses. We deliver first things first, and grow the system from there. This method adds more value as users learn to take advantage of what they have, provide feedback and know what they really need next from the solution.
Taking into account your defined GDPR policies and processes, we look at your data:
Data is the lifeblood of any CRM system, and with a proper BI solution, it can provide you with valuable business insights.
Finally, we'll focus on technology. The CRM and BI markets offer a wide range of solutions, from light touch apps to fully-featured enterprise systems. After understanding your business and your organisation, we can propose the right technologies to support them.
This is how we make CRM work!
QGate's project implementation methodology is based on Microsoft's Sure Step process. The basis of Sure Step are standard proven project implementation practices, which QGate use for all of our project work.Learn more
At QGate we consider the system is the customers', that is, it is owned by YOU.
This may sound a strange statement, but we mean that we recognise that you, the customer, should be enabled by QGate, to undertake as much or as little of the management, development and support of the system as you wish to. You should have the choice. This means we offer you greater control over the cost of ownership of the system.
We also recognise that things may change over time. Therefore, we do not restrict in any way, your ability to carry out tasks, new projects etc. as you need and have the resource to do so.
We do not apply contractual limitations or restrictions on the work we carry out. You will not be restricted in your ability to retain independence or move to another supplier should you so wish.
We prefer that you continue to work with QGate because of our service quality, not our contracts.
You may call on QGate as much or a little as you need, we will always be happy to help.
All businesses with a keen eye on spending will rightly ask “Why invest in Business Intelligence (BI) tools?” Many business systems bundle some reporting capability but rarely do these provide sufficient information. When a team has processes setup that are recording volumes of data which is then not available to them, it can be […]

So you have built your house / CRM system following the guide in Part 1. There are still a few considerations to think about. Connecting up the utilities and moving into it! In CRM terms, integration could be considered the same as connecting your new house to water, waste, power, internet etc. These all taking […]
Repeat after me: GDPR starts with the processes (and policies), not with the systems. This is something your systems provider should have told a long time ago: First of all, Business PROCESSES must be compliant with GDPR, and then the systems will have to support those processes – not the other way around. […]
