Infor Listed as a Champion

5 months after changing hands from Swiftpage, Infor CRM (formerly Saleslogix) has received another recognition from the CRM industry.  Info-Tech Research Group has recognised Infor CRM as a Champion in this year’s Info-Tech Research Group CRM Suites for Gaming, Hospitality and Leisure Vendor Landscape.

in this year’s Info-Tech Research Group CRM Suites for Gaming, Hospitality and Leisure Vendor Landscape

This research is designed for gaming and hospitality organisations looking for a flexible, scalable and powerful CRM solution to drive patron acquisition, retention and growth and build profitable patron relationships and experiences.  Info-Tech evaluated seven competitors in the CRM market and named Infor CRM a Champion.

Product evaluations were based on eight criteria to determine overall standing:

Infor was noted for having a strong enterprise platform, application integrations and relationships within the market.

According to Info-Tech, Infor CRM should be on the shortlist for firms who want deployment flexibility. Larry Fretz, Practice Lead for Gaming and Hospitality Research at Info-Tech Research Group, noted  “Infor offers excellent integration capabilities with other related software packages, particularly on the guest management/property management and casino integration area. Whether you are looking for a cloud SaaS or on-premise solution, Infor offers an attractive alternative to larger players in the CRM market.”

“A dependable customer and marketing management system is extremely important to any industry looking to provide a more personalized, customer-centric experience. This rings especially true in the gaming and hospitality industry, where organizations need fresh, modern ways to gain actionable guest insights at a time where competition and choices only continue to escalate,” said Grant Halloran, global vice president and general manager, Infor Customer and Marketing Management. “This Champion rating further establishes Infor’s position as a leader in the cloud-based CRM market overall, but also demonstrates the value of having a business unit dedicated to hospitality and gaming, to infuse deep industry expertise into all the Infor products in its suite.”
