It is clear we are facing an unprecedented period of uncertainly in light the outbreak of COVID-19. It is therefore important to provide to our customers and partners our position with respect of being able to continue to support you.
We are keeping a close eye on the current COVID-19 pandemic and the government advice on containing its spread. We will be guided by the government advice on how to keep our staff and customers safe, which is our first and overriding concern.
QGate already have the capability for our staff to operate from home. All of our key operational, development and communication systems are cloud based and any local system resources are accessible remotely to our staff.
However, we are reviewing our Business Continuity plans to ensure that these are sufficient to support the worst-case scenario of a potential long-term full office closure.
We are aware that a number of businesses are already recommending a working at home policy and or limiting visits by external persons. QGate is well able to support this with remote call/video capabilities.
We are recommending to our staff to avoid public transport if at all possible and replacing physical meetings with call/video meetings.
If we can assist you in any way with your own plans and actions related to this situation, please do not hesitate to contact myself or your account manager.
