Discover – Business Preparation & Strategy Definition

Before installation or implementation of anything, we focus on understanding your business needs and developing a strategy before custom developing microsoft dynamics 365 CRM. We will look at your current technology infrastructure, data sources and which business functions will use the CRM, too. 


Evaluate – Process Map & Scope, Prioritisation & Roadmap
