The QGate CRM Roadmap consists of 5 stages:
Here we focus on understanding your business needs and strategy, identifying pain points and critical requirements. We will look at your current technology infrastructure, data sources and which business functions will use the CRM.
Evaluate – Process Map & Scope, Prioritisation and Roadmap
We will uncover processes to be managed by the CRM and discuss roles and permissions and establish measures of success. The outcome will be a Delivery Statement of Work that details your requirements list, the commercial agreement and a quotation of cost and time needed.
With the Delivery Statement of Work signed off we begin to build your CRM in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Using Agile software development methodology, we break the project into weekly ‘sprint’ cycles to allow frequent and early visibility of our work and allow feedback and change. This stage ends at Sprint 999 – your CRM go live.
Here our focus will be on deployment, training, and handling feedback. Our role is to ensure that your Dynamics 365 CRM becomes part of your organisation’s community and processes.

Your partnership with QGate continues with access to our high-quality support services. Once the initial CRM is embedded in a business, we typically find that requests for additional integrations, functionality and automations follow, and we therefore offer CRM Follow-On and Development Packages. These are treated as individual projects and given the same care and attention received during the initial implementation.
