Automatic Lead Routing to Improve Lead Qualification Outcomes
If your organisation suffers from a low lead conversion ratio due to issues with timely lead assignment and poor lead qualification times, this feature can help by efficiently automating distribution of leads amongst the sales team.
Functionality includes the ability to define rules for automatic assignment of leads. Rules can be defined by lead attributes, segmentation of grouping of leads, seller attributes or skills. Distribution patterns can be defined, by round robin or load balancing. These features allow sales management to maximise the capacity of the sales team and improve lead response times.
Collaboration using Microsoft Teams
This release sees enhancements to the Microsoft Teams embedded chat experience within Dynamics 365. This enables quick editing of a Dynamics 365 records from a form within a Microsoft Teams conversation, so users can access, share and update sales records seamlessly within the context of a Microsoft Teams meeting. Users can also create and join Microsoft Teams meetings directly from Dynamics 365.
Enhancements to the Mobile Experience
If you are using the Sales Mobile App it now offers improvements to the home page experience; a prioritised worklist that shows upcoming activities, quick actions and a to-do view for every record. There’s also an enriched Teams calls meetings experience that supports outgoing Teams calls, logging and transcribing of call and post-call AI-generated insights and action item updates.
