May we also take this opportunity to remind you that our office hours and technical operations will be running a reduced service over the Christmas period.

Thursday 25th and Friday 26th December: Closed

Monday 29th December: 09:00 – 17:00 (First Line Support Only)

Tuesday 30th December: 09:00 – 17:00 (First Line Support Only)

Wednesday 31st December 09:00 – 17:00 (First Line Support Only)

Thursday 1st January: Closed

Friday 2nd January: 09:00 – 17:00 (First Line Support Only)

Monday 5th January: Normal availability resumes 08:00 – 18:00

Emails to support@qgate.co.uk and the logging of web tickets will also be available over the Christmas period, however responses will be subject to the availability of our Technical Service team.
